Client Services Associate, Part-Time

Job Description:

Just like many of our customers, our family is growing! We are looking for a fun, energetic Client Services Associate to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our new and returning clients. If you enjoy creating memorable customer experiences and want to be a part of a small, fun and caring team who has a love for food, this job is for you!

Job type: 

  • Part Time, Minimum 24 hours per week, 8 hour shifts
  • Pay: $12-15 per hour based on experience
  • Schedule: Minimum 1 day during the week plus rotating Saturdays and Sundays; Additional shifts as needed based on availability.

A Day in the Life…

  • Use POS technology to complete in-store customer transactions.
  • Gift wrap merchandise in a visually appealing manner, including gift towers.
  • Provide excellent customer service, be the creator of first impressions.
  • Display, re-stock and maintain in-store merchandise in an appealing manner.
  • Provide product expertise, especially for toys, apparel, books, decor and gifts.
  • Educate customers on products/services offered by Kids ‘N Kribs.
  • Answer phones and provide valuable customer phone support.
  • Maintain the POS and client-facing areas, ensuring areas are presentable and client-ready.
  • Support online customers with their virtual shopping experiences as needed.
  • Partner with Client Service Consultants to support and build positive customer relationships.

We Are Looking for Someone With…

  • Ability to work minimum 1 day during the week plus rotating Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Ability to beautifully gift wrap fast.
  • Ability to problem solve and have an attention to detail.
  • Ability to talk to customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Ability to take the initiative to positively impact the team and customers.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, non-commissioned team sales environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple client projects.
  • A desire to learn and grow.
  • A passion for building customer loyalty and representing the Kids ‘N Kids brand.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and mobile devices.
  • Ability to lift products up to 45 lbs. to and from display platforms.

Previous experience with specialty store and retail sales is a plus!
